Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Prompt quotation and reply to questions from Chris; Lee and team on site were always on time, friendly, professional, taking the time to explain what they were doing. They thought of and provided everything. When you're busy, it's simply amazing not to have to do or worry about anything! Mr Goodman, was punctual for all appts before starting the job. He brought with him relevant colleagues, ie electrician and plumber. He started work last week and so far all is going very well. The only problems have been with deliveries, but this is not his fault.

Norbert and Raymond delivered a very prompt quotation which was sufficiently detailed for me to make a decision on the work. They were keen and diligent throughout the project, working hard for a very fair price. Their attention to detail was excellent, they didn't skimp on quality and worked tirelessly for 7 continuous days to deliver as promised. I'm very pleased with the end result - a paved terraced garden engineered with drainage channels, brickwork and timbers. I can definitely recommend them for similar work.

The builders were quite friendly and patiently did the renovation of our home as per our requirements. It included full home renovation and creating a new downstairs washroom. He always followed up whenever we had any queries regarding the work and did a good job.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive.
