Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. After hiring this company I had a drain repair done with the same people but trading under the name Miconn. A man came with his young daughter to do the repair on my drain which was left in a mess with concrete down my drive. A year later, after heavy rain, the repair has failed and water poured into my cellar. I contacted Michael who said he would investigate and have a look. Then no reply,no contact, no show. I do not recommend this company. My cellar is ruined.
