Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. I can't stand a job not being finished properly or to a high standard and you can expect to see that with my work as I take great pride with my results.

It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it.
