Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I have 5 years in painting and decorating at 20 years old ( I have been painting since I was 15) and passed my level 2 with distinctions across the board. I came 2nd in a country wide painting competition of a total of 32 different people. I can Wallpaper, paint interior walls and ceilings and all woodwork. I always make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with my work and that I am clean and tidy. I am now working as a full time plumbing and heating engineer to further my skills in the trade so i am now taking on plumbing jobs for myself.

Tom did a good job on replacing old boiler. The best about him is that he does care about his customers. The boiler replacement jobs should have lasted for 2 days and we were expecting no hot water and heating for both days. However Tom didn't leave the job 1st day until we had a hot water and heating in household for overnight use! Great Service!
