Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Ruined my bathroom. Comvinced me with his over 40 years experience and business in Greece etc. Did not use levelling spacers but I thought, given his experience, he knew what he was doing. There is not a single tile properly levlled with another. Cost me extra as had to buy new tiles as he agreed to fix it but still the job looks like it was done by an amature. Tiling is not something you want going wrong as it is the final finish and now we have to live with this mess.
