Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. I at first thought they'd done a REASONABL job but the finish was not brilliant. As my husband is disabled everything had to be safe and secure. One of the things I stressed was the toilet seat. On first use the seat fell off so I contacted AJR to get a better seat. Tony rang with a price at approx £50 + and I agreed. Since then I've not heard from him. Despite calls to also say my husband is struggling to flush the toilet. HE KNOWS MY SITUATION YET HAS CHOSEN TO IGNORE. I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY. DO NOT TRUST

Jon gave the best price compared to many other tradespeople. His work was also of sufficient quality although we had some major leaks due to bad seals. He came outside of work hours and fixed the issue for us. Removing one star because he cracked and broke some tiles and he couldn't fit the replacement tiles.

This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Would NOT recommend. Friendly but very slow on the project, having to cancel carpets and house moving dates, ruining our first Christmas in the house. Would have been quicker if he actually worked longer than 3 hours a days. Not only that, but very unprofessional leaving a complete mess of the whole of upstairs with broken tiles. And dust all over our freshly painted walls. "Finished" and had to call him back. "Finished" again for him to not complete the job leaving me to fit the sink and grout tilesmyself.
I'm an excelent tiler and plumber with lots of experience. I do bathroom renovations; tile lobby floors, kitchen floors, splashbacks, chemineys etc. I have all the necessary tools and I can travel as a van owner.
