Came round to view two jobs that I need doing. Did a very small amount of grouting and resealed a small shower tray and for that charged me £190; with a view to returning to continue with the work. Arrange a next day plumbers. Got message with expected times but no one showed up. After chasing was told it was a mistake and rearranged for the following day. Had to pay for a next day service which I never received. Person on phone said they are not trained to deal with that issue and would pass on the someone else but have not heard anything.
