Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Tom did a good job on replacing old boiler. The best about him is that he does care about his customers. The boiler replacement jobs should have lasted for 2 days and we were expecting no hot water and heating for both days. However Tom didn't leave the job 1st day until we had a hot water and heating in household for overnight use! Great Service!

Just had my Vaillant 831 fitted by B&K Heating LTD, turned up on time, did a fantastic job & cleaned up, worth paying a bit more & we can tell the difference in the heating & water now, don't give these guys a miss, Excellent alround.
