Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Konrad replaced a rotten old single-pane skylight in a difficult location in our stairwell, needless to say it was a tricky job and not many would have taken it on. Konrad and his co-worker replaced the skylight with a velux-style window in one full day, with everything down to the plastering done by 18h00. It was an excellent job, they were professional, efficient and caused minimal disruption to the household, and their quote was cost-effective. We will definitely be offering them further work in future.
