Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Colin and team took on a tough job refreshing a top floor bathroom and adding in a shower to a compact space with low eaves,. Despite encountering a few surprises (lack of isolation valves, dead pigeons etc) the job was done in good time and on budget.. Mariusz, (ML contractors), is an exceptional artisan. We needed repairs to a kitchen work surface and replacement of the mixer tap for our rental flat. See photo, he replaced a section of the work surface and fitted this and made good the repairs. So we also got him to decorate 2 rooms again the work was brilliant, efficient and reasonably priced. Can't recommend highly enough!! We will definitely use his skills again.
