Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I had an issue with the cistern of my toilet for for it was no longer topping up with water. James turned up and in no time, replaced certain parts to enable the toilet to flush again. He is very knowledgeable and had given me a very reasonable quote. He's extremely courteous and tidy and I have no hesitation in using him again.
Mr Goodman, was punctual for all appts before starting the job. He brought with him relevant colleagues, ie electrician and plumber. He started work last week and so far all is going very well. The only problems have been with deliveries, but this is not his fault.

He and a colleague took out our shower cubicle and fitted a new shower tray, replumbed the toilet and cleared a blocked pipe in the loft. It took less than 8 hours! He managed to salvage the old shower cubicle and refitted it perfectly. He was very efficient and we would highly recommend him.
