Dave is friendly but completely disorganised and does not reply to repeated calls or emails. He lost the instruction book for our boiler. Now he has not supplied any gas safety certificate, despite constantly asking for over a month. I am going to have to pay someone else to do this in addition to the money I paid him for the job. Danny, worked hard to give us a nice gleaming shower room. He's given plenty of suggestions and recommendations which made us think and chose the right parts. All rubbish is now cleared away ( well to a skip anyway, awaiting collection). In the end the completed room is fantastic and he's added a few little touches that we wouldn't have though of.
