Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Brilliant service, more so as I got the measurement of a radiator wrong by a few cm and they provided a workaround rather than me sending back the radiator. Also provided advice on other potential work and cleaned up afterwards. Will be using again for future work with no hesitation. A+++

Very pleased with Martins work. He did a thorough check of all the radiators, adjusted the 3 that weren't working, so now there nice and warm, he'll be returning tmrw to replace the valves in 8 of the other radiators. I'll pay the full bill when the work is complete.
