Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. After turning up at 8am on a Sunday morning to assess the job and offer advice, honesty and quote me, Jay was brilliant from start to finish. He was professional, tidy, respectful and extremely organised. I also asked him to look at other jobs whilst he had finished one and he factored in a time for this to. Would I use him again? Without a shadow of a doubt! I already have a few other jobs in the pipeline with his name on them. Jay is brilliant and I can’t sing his praises high enough!

They 'thought ahead' about what was required and made a 100% effort to attend to all the fine detailing.
