Great to deal with, works to find solutions and provides regular updates on progress. Although we encountered unforeseen circumstances during our refurbishment work TF managed the situation well and helped us to get to the right solution whilst keeping costs under control. The personalised service provided by TF (Build block) makes all the difference. Honestly felt as though our interests were always a priority, and TF was working / managing the work to ensure we got what we wanted. Absolutely recommended !

My new rating for Jack is not based on completion of the work, but rather to prevent him losing any other work on the basis of my previous review. To date the work has not been done; however Jack has made contact to explain why he was unable to reply to me, and is now able to view/quote for the project, so I don't want to damage his reputation unfairly.

Mandeep and his team were very professional and did an excellent job with our wardrobes. He worked with us on the design and colours until we were completely happy with our choices. A fantastic job by Adam who, on his own, widened existing window and door gaps, fitted new window/door, re-skimmed walls and ceilings (including removing artex and beams from the ceiling), decorated, tiled and fitted a new kitchen supplied by us (including the installation of gas hob, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher) and laid a new floor. Adam is excellent value for money and extremely reliable. Highly recommended!
