We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.

Highly recommend What a fantastic team Gary and Lewis are. Not only did they do a great job in our utility room, but they were on time, polite, courteous and incredibly tidy. I can't recommend Paul highly enough, he was helpful, skilled and professional. He's an organised and clean worker and the standard of the finished work was very high. I originally hired him to fit a bathroom but asked him to stay on to help with the rest of the renovation. He can just about turn his hand to anything on a renovation project and what he can't do he can help find skilled people to do. I'm not sure how I would have managed my project without him. plus he makes a mean brew!
