I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. I will be definitely be using their services again! Brilliant job, thank you.

Jose and his colleagues were extremely hardworking, reliable, polite and friendly. They completed the work in the time originally estimated with a minimum of fuss to a vey high standard. We are extremely pleased with what was achieved and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our family, friends or in fact everyone.

I am very pleased with the work Bob Farrow did for us. We had a tree removed and a fence replaced and it was all done to a very high standard and for a very good price. He was friendly and professional and I would highly recommend him.

Martin was punctual, polite and very thorough. He has done a superb job for us laying our laminate floor and we will definitely use him again. I had an internal walk knocked through. Chris and the guys organised everything to perfection, were punctual, tried to make as little mess as possible, and kept me updated throughout. Luke and his team were fantastic. The quote was reasonable, they arrived on time and completed the work within the agreed timeframe, even staying late into the evening and working by torchlight to get the job done. The garden looks great and we are very happy with the standard of work, as well as how tidy everything was left afterwards.

Due to the roofer making substandard repairs to my roof last year, a continuos leak caused the landing ceiling to collapse. I put the job on the 'rated people' app and withing a few hours, Richard Hunter from R&H roofing got in touch. He was very reassuring on the phone, so I made an appoint for him to survey the job. The lads arrived on time for the survey and were very polite and courteous. They carried out a very thourough and efficient survey, pointing out the problems and showing me the evidence.
