Great company, prompt for giving a quote and getting the work booked in. More importantly, very approachable and no question was too much, explained in detail what was being done and why, and any recommendations – this is how it should be done. Avoid tradespeople that cannot or do not like to explain themselves. Work quoted was a fair price and the work done to a great standard, will be using them again for more repointing to be done. I highly recommend them.

Valley Walling called round promptly and gave a good value quote to re point and tidy and seal the top of the wall. They told me exactly when they would start and finish the job. They kept to the timing and days working to the dot. Before they left they cleaned up using my hose for the stray bits of cement. Would recommend them for all outside building work. Excellent communication discussing my job to replace 8 internal doors including a full description of how he would complete the work. Helped me with decision making on type of handles and choice of one part-glazed door, and answered all questions. Job took 2 days, Harry was on time, courteous and industrious. He was respectful of my home and tried to keep any mess to a minimum. I was very pleased with the result, the new doors look great. He took the old doors away for disposal. Highly recommended.
