We had our porch done by Lab Development. I’ve always wanted the extra space. Thanks again for putting in the hard work and ensuring high quality. Adam and Louis explained what would be done, and they did a really great job. There were a few hiccups during the job, such as some of their colleagues being off sick and a delayed finish, but we were in no rush for the job to be completed. Adam always communicated with me for updates. It was tidied and cleaned after everything was finished. I highly recommend.

He came to do a bit of yard work and maintenance as well as clearing a huge pile of rubbish and some Buddleia bushes, re-stain a fence etc. All done and dusted in the one day. Good honest price. Nothing about the job fazed him and the “niggles” that could have been a problem for some tradespeople were easily solved by Michael.
