At first we dealt with Thomas only. He was courteous and had good knowledge of products and possibilities. It was great to see how all workers took pride in their work. The end result, a resin path and large patio area, in a very special colour, is simply stunning, due to real TEAMwork and craftsmanship. Excellent visit from Kevin and Phil yesterday to carry out maintenance work on our 14 Velux windows. They did a thorough job of cleaning and lubricating the hinges and mechanisms, and solved issues we had opening a couple of the windows. They were polite, informative and left everything in perfect shape. And very good value for money. Highly recommended.
