We engaged Simon and his team to remove a supporting wall, thus opening up the kitchen into the dining room. From the start, Simon was knowledgeable and offered helpful insight. We were provided with a detailed and fair quote. Work was planned at a time to suit us, and was completed to a good standard and on time. Communication throughout the project was excellent. We would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Very pleased with DCH, they completed a conversion of the garage into a new office room and utility within a seven week window working around my bookings for the house and within the quoted budget. The quality of the work is a high standard and I was kept up to date regularly with the progress and decision making. Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!
