I have been a builder for over 30 years. We have moved from large site work building houses in and around the reading area, Mostly all the brickwork. For the past 15 years we are been concentrating only on residential extensions offering a complete service from ?foundation and drainage to finish flooring. Including all plumbing, electrics, windows carpentry and roofing.all works are signed of and inspected by building control and carry a 10 year structural warranty. Swear We do not add extra cost unless extra work is added as we progress after full consultation before continuing. ?We will have lots of meetings to discuss interior fixtures and finish before quoting to eliminate cost rises.

Came and looked at job gave quote and start date. Noticed that wall was also leaning inwards and after some consideration advised that wall should be knocked down and rebuilt for same cost as original quote. Turned up when he stated and removed wall and recovered most of bricks. Rebuilt wall higher than original with cap bricks on either end. Very impressed with the way he lined up wall and kept concrete between rows equal continually checking measurements. Good craftsman will use again. Highly recommended

Absolutely thrilled with our new shower! Amir was fantastic—professional, friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We had a radiator changed, another one removed, a boil tap installed, and our bath taken out and replaced with a sleek new shower. Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Plus we appreciated Myron and Ivan's eye for detail and managing their work around the weather. Our two dormers look great, so thanks Pocock Development and we'd definitely use them again ????

Fence and post all broken within 6 months of installation. The concrete post was not the correct length for the fence and ground was not dug deep enough upon inspection. Very disappointed and offered no resolution whatsoever, rather has the cheek to pay more to fix. Would not recommend go for an actual professional who knows what they're doing.

Kevin came round after hours and measured up. Two days later he was here fitting 2 new poles and 2 new shelves took him just over an hour. He even gave a hint to keep my doors in motion rather than adding more costs to something that didnt need doing.

Unfortunately this job seemed to be beyond Jay's ability and we had to stop it part way through and find someone else to finish it. On the positive side Jay recognised this and was very apologetic and was certainly not trying to rip us off. But I cannot recommend him for this type of job (replacing existing front door and frame with new frame and door).

Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. The team were tidy and worked hard to the deadline throughout the process. If you need a high quality rendering job, then I would highly recommending considering Rob's services.
