Arrived within 30 mins and quoted, he didn’t have the correct part and had to go and get one for us, it was discontinued, but he returned with a solution and fixed the toilet making it a duel flush! as mentioned in my previous comment but not elaborated on ,the ' problem ' was blistering of the plaster that was already evident before the decorating started.
