Prompt and competitive quote. Talked through the requirements on the day, ensuring each aspect was understood by both parties. Made sure that we were happy with each stage of the work before proceeding with the next stage. Very good standard of work and tidiness, respectful of our and neighbours' property (needed access to next door garden for some of the work). Will use them again and would happily recommend them.

There is only one word to describe Sydney and that is ‘ amazing’. From the start he took time to discuss what we wanted from the design to creating an en suite and refurbished our existing bathroom. He is very hard working and some days put in a lot of hours , he is professional, honest and reliable and did a great job paying particular attention to detail. If you’re lucky he sings while he works! I definitely recommend Sydney .

Gavin was the only builder who responded but he still gave me a competitive quote and was able to start as soon as I wanted. I am very pleased with his work. He did the job and did a good clear-up afterwards.

First impressions were good so we decided to use Able to create a new shed and build a gate/fence. They were very informative, thorough and I was extremely pleased with the final product. Able went out of their way to ensure everything I asked for was done. Will definitely use again.

Lewis and his team did a very good job with restoring bricks on my old Victorian house. Painted with all kind of paint by previous owner. Lewis knew exactly what is the best way to clean it off and the result exceeded my expectation. Very good re-pointing and prefect colour match of the mortar mixing 3 different types of sand I have never heard of. Also keeps you updated regarding progress and plan for the next day. Punctual and reliable. I am very happy with the result and will certainly use him again.

Matt & Dean of MDG Building are two of the very best builders you could have. They are a breathe of fresh air. An excellent job at a competitive price. Aaron provided a quote which outlined details of the job to be done. They arrived as promised at 7.45 and had the job done in just over 6 hours. The work was neat and tidy and they cleaned up thoroughly after - no mess left for us. Aaron discussed in detail the problems discovered and has suggested further minor work to improve ventilation in the roof - which we will have done. Overall we are very happy with the work and would use Solid Roofing Services again.

Job was to re-point my property, the bin area and the concrete slabs in the garden = Job was done to a high quality and I am extremely pleased with the results.
