We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. From the begening we found Harry and his Team to be very professional but also had have a very friendly approach. William called out promptly, surveyed the, roof talked through the work schedule and gave a written email quote with a promise to document all work, agreed no payment until end of job and complete satisfaction. On the day of the job, requested money for materials and payment into a personal account., I should have listened to my instincts. Job remains unfinished, no evidence of what has been done despite promises to provide videos. No receipt.
