I also do new build houses from wall plate to finish and fit fascia boards and soffits. Other jobs we regularly complete include full loft Conversions and replacement of old roof windows due to them becoming drafty or if they have been fitted for 25 years and over and need a upgrade. As you can see from the 3 previous ratings, any opportunity will be taken to extend the job. In hindsight I’m wondering if holes were made in the roof membrane too. Ripped the new flashing, water pouring in. Ceiling soaked, rug ruined, laminate flooring now lifting. Didn’t turn up for 3 days. Roof still leaking. Changes sim in his phone so you can’t get hold of him after paying out £8k. Avoid Will he is a chancer. Do not use this company!
