Neat and Tidy did a great job of tidying up our garden in a rental property. They gave a quote based on photos and did phone on the day to say that the scope of the job was much bigger than originally thought, so the cost was higher but this did reflect the state of the garden. Quick and efficient, and put the garden back to a manageable state.

Eltion did a fantastic job of painting my flat. He is the ultimate professional, came to see my as soon as I posted the job to give me a quote and is great at keeping the communication flowing. I went on holiday for a week while he was painting and he would send e daily updates with photos and videos. He even fixed a few of the niggles around the property for me. Rubbish job. The preparation was not good. They were painting a white paint over a brown stain. So the prep needed to be good. Did a very small amount of filling. The minimum they could get away with . The quality of the job was poor. The white paint running into the black. This should have taken about 3 days to do the job properly, not 1 day. Quoted £950. Next person quoted £550 so was expecting a better job. I was wrong. I don’t normally write negative reviews about this job was so bad.
