Patrick messaged within minutes of me Posting the job. It was agreed he would attend the property the following day. Patrick called me the day of the appointment to update me as to when he would arrive. He also advised of a few options available for the repair to the ridge without pushing any hard sale. I also asked if they would also be able to repair the edge of the roof and fit plastic edging. A price was agreed and the job was completed to an extremely high standard within a few hours. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. Small paving job carried out for my elderly father in December 2024. Several of the flags sank the next day. Grange were informed and promised to return to fix the problem. However, despite several ore communications they have not returned. We will need to pay another firm to fix this. Very disappointed and good will has run out.
