Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

Colin of CB Roofing carried out a really excellent repair on my roof as water was coming through the bedroom ceiling. He took before and after photographs so that I could see the extent of the damp patch under the felt before the repair. Horrendous, unprofessional, really poor job.. For mother-in-law with dementia 89 and her disabled son. .Told me he had a big team though sent one person, for 3 Bedrooms, no ladders , no cloths to clean. Used my step ladders left paint on them, blinds ,sockets and carpet I had to clean. Took 3 days but some walls still had staining. Cancelled numerous times excuses., 2 different paints used, he was childminding, painter on nights, hurt ankle etc . Exasperated I told him not to return such distress caused .
