Liam is brilliant, and I can’t fault his work. Liams quote for the damp proofing was very competitive, but his professionalism and approach to the problem won him the job. Since then we have used him for three other plastering jobs in the house and just booked him for a fourth. Pros: Fair and competitive pricing. Work scheduled on short notice and finished quicker than expected. On-site team was professional and courteous. Cons: Needed to follow up to get scaffolding removed. Warranty documents were delayed by over a month despite multiple chases. Gutters were not reinstalled properly causing leaks. Two repair attempts failed and I'm now waiting on a full replacement with no exact date confirmed as yet.
