George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Sadly I am having to revise my previous opinion of flat roof work by RT Bane. Within a few weeks, as soon as weather warmed, the EDPM peeled away at the join with the neighbours roof. RT Bane returned on a day I explicitly said I was not available and masticed a portion of the join. They admitted it looked poor and, despite repeated text and calls, have not returned, as promised. I am now worried its a poor job per se and I could have water seepage as they clearly have zero customer concern once job done.

No reservations in recommending William Winter. He and his two lads attended promptly and worked diligently to repair the chimney and roofing to a high standard. The boys were polite and appreciative of cold drinks offered. William took photos of the damage and his quote was more than reasonable. Helpfully, he pointed out areas that could prove troublesome which were dealt with promptly.
