Made a great job of the additional window work that needed doing and did some other additional skimming to ensure the job was completed to a high standard. Kieren and his team were great! They turned up on time, were polite and friendly the whole time. They put our patio in, in four days, which was amazing. There was good communication throughout and if times or days needed changing that was communicated. They have done a really good job and the patio looks great and we are very pleased with it! Initially gave good rating as please with communication prior to work being completed and also very tidy. Cooker turned on before leaving house (light & clock on) but never tested to see if it actually worked. Few days later when using cooker it tripped fuse box. Arranged date twice to resolve issue but never arrived , no communication to say needed to cancel, only gave reason when I chased. Still no functioning cooker & out of pocket as paid when he first attended.

Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!
