Response was quick. I paid £1200 which was rather expensive for a flat roof over bedroom. The leak returned after a week. Following several messages to repair as I was assured it was guaranteed. They did not return, I am now paying another company again. This has led to further damage given the weather.

I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Harry fitted 5 internal doors, and built a frame to enable a tumble dryer to be stacked safely on top of a freezer. The doors look great ! All done within the quoted time. I’m very pleased with them. The frame is sturdy and neat, he explained the process, he worked fast and was pleasant and chatty.

Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.
