Daniel arrived in less than hour from my requesting a plumber. He was able to fix the leaking pipe there and then. It was great to have the problem fixed swiftly. He was friendly and I felt comfortable having him in my house.

Roy Shepard plastered my kitchen ceiling. He arrived promptly and began straight away. He made sure all surfaces were covered and he was really freindly and polite. He did a fantastic job and cleared up after himself. I would recommend him and use him again.

Philip was punctual, polite and a skilled tradesman. The kitchen fitting work was on time and on budget. The project ran smoothly and I'm really pleased with the result. Highly recommended, did a very good quality job on my locks. On time and reliable with very careful work meaning there was minimal markings to the paintwork on my front door. I would recommend and use this company again.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

As I'm now based in NZ, Carl tended to my front and back garden in Hertfordshire to keep it looking good while the property is on the market. Communication was great leading up to the work and was helpful in both getting the job done as soon as was possible and in picking and dropping keys before and after with the Agents. Many thanks! DiZi Responded promptly to my ad And was always prompt in any communication with me. He said the work could take four days which it did, and the quality of the work was exemplary.?. Cannot recommend DiZi highly enough. I will definitely be asking him to do more work for me

Catalin was meticulous with his measuring. He worked tirelessly and came back at night the following day to finish the job because it rained on the Sunday afternoon so we were unable to finish. The slabs have been laid perfectly. He was smart and methodical in his approach to paving the tiles. The end result looks great and just as I'd hoped for. Reliable. Tidy. Accurate. And a fair price.
