Ethan was a pleasure to deal with. Arrived on time to inspect my roof and provide a quote there and then. Took time to explain what work would be required. He was able to fit me in before his holiday by kindly offering to work on a Sunday. The work was completed to a high standard and also carried out some remedial pointing that I had not yet been able to sort myself. Ethan was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Excellent advice and work. Quote was inl ine with others but I preferred John's no nonsense approach to the work. Left everything clean and tidy, just needed to vacuum up a small amount of sawdust from the carpet. Have already booked more work.

We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. When evaluating the builders it was important to us that we found somebody who was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. One of the roofers arrived (on time) and after inspection of the roof gve us a very competitive quote. Having agreed price, date and time to start the work, they arrived on time and immediately started working. Throughout the day they were considerate as they had to access the roof via the house, ensuring that everything was left clean and tidy. You would not think you had just spent a whole day with roofrees in the house as the roof looked like new (solar reflective paint). Would recommend this firm as a unit providing a service without being "ripped off", as you paid the price agreed with no add-ons.

This was a large refurbishment job including structural work, quality carpentry, kitchen installation and final decoration and finishing. JSR Construction provided good advice, pragmatic solutions to problems as they arose, as they inevitably do on such jobs and did a great job overall. Thoroughly recommended.

Lazlo's fiancee, Niki and her mum have now cleaned twice for us and are fantastic - highly recommended. Niki asked if I would rate her on here, which I am very happy to do, as having had many cleaners in family homes in Woking over 20 odd years, I can honestly say she (and her mum) are the most efficient and best by far! They are now our regular weekly cleaners.

James is a pleasant young man whose standard of workmanship is very good. He understood the requirements of the job - transforming a very ugly toilet into an inviting one - he worked very hard to meet expectations - to which he succeeded.
