I am very disappointed with the service from Andrey’sRoofing The quality of workmanship was poor and far below what was promised. Issues included: cracks in the plastering after only 2 months of it being finished. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, the company failed to take responsibility or provide a satisfactory solution. Communication was unprofessional when my husband and I were contacting him, at one point he hung up on us I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. I was very impressed with Krystian, prompt contact after enquiry, was the only tradesman to actually listen to what I needed and produced a quote which met my needs fully. His price was fair and consistent, perhaps not the cheapest but I didn’t necessarily need the cheapest, I wanted the best value with quality and trust. He completed one bathroom within a month of instructing, to a high standard and we were delighted. This gave me full confidence to let the second bathroom which again was superb
