It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. Having tried to get someone to do this job for months I went into Rated People and Ronald Gaunt contacted me. He quoted that day and did the job the day after at a very reasonable price. He even found an additional issue whilst he was in the roof and did that for free! I’m mega impressed. All communication very clear with photos in both the quote (to show roof issues) and alongside invoice (to show job done). He’s great, book him.

Paul did a fantastic job, after another electrician had completely wrecked the conservatory floor, Paul levelled it, laid an underfloor heating system and screeded it all in 3 days. In future, I wouldn't look anywhere else. Five stars? Should be 6.

Gary and his team are very professional and did an excellent job. Gary takes a great pride in his work and does all the preparation necessary to ensure a smooth and efficient job. Had extra work done re rendering, driveway and patio as their work was so good. Would recommend
