A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

They were punctual, polite, and trustworthy, completing the job — detailed pointing, brickwork replacement, installing a new gutter and downpipe, repairing a wooden patio door, and tiling. All work done to a high standard with quality materials. He provided valuable advice, and the site was left clean. Working with him for the first time, I appreciated the professionalism and good rapport established. A great experience overall!
I am a very reliable person, honest and hard working, I am new on here, but i have a very good reputation locally ,where I have done a lot of work. My team ( if needed) is very experienced , polite and respectful, we try to complete the work to a high standard of quality and with the minimum disturbance of the home running. We do building work, bricklaying, paving, block paving ( drives), floor and wall tiling, flooring, decorating, plastering, gardening( cutting down trees , bushes), guttering ( installing , maintaining, cleaning ), roofing. Also GRP flat roofs ( fibre glass). Carpentry, kitchen fitting, replacing windows or doors, partitioning walls,ceilings, lights, small demolition and removal works. we try to protect the house assets ( like carpets, etc) as good as we can. We respect all people from all different walks of life and religions. Also , we do ask to be treated as people. I can't believe he said these things as he is aware that he is lying completely. First lie: I told him after two weeks about broken cooker handle as it can be proved that I left my feedback about my broken cooker handle after 3 days he did the work. This proves that he can't be trusted in anyone's home as he can say anything. We had to pay plumber and we had to use our insurance to replace the broken handle.
