I have just had my loft conversion, then followed by an extension, driveway and summer rooms built by ceka construction, they are hardworking, talented and polite people, Roland himself is a perfectionist so there is no reason to oversee his work, he makes sure it is done properly. It took me many years to decide on getting building work done on my house after hearing all the horror stories, but I am grateful to have found Roland and his team who made my home renovation a stress fee project and finished within the time promised, the team worked daily between 8 and 5pm rain or shine, unlike other builders who seem to string you along once they are in, my loft was completed in a month whereas other builders gave a lead of time of 6 to 8 weeks, this is because Roland uses twice as many people, also each person he uses is a specialist to his trade, not a multi tasker..and this is where you are able to see the difference in workmanship. They have left me with a perfect house, I would recommend him to anyone and he will soon be working with other members of my family.

In a nutshell, Marius and his team are great. They're kind, respectful and Marius is always available to answer every question you have - he def is the most knowledgeable builder I've spoken to. You get a very transparent estimate and sign a contract, for both parties' peace of mind. If extras come up, Marius openly discuss them with you before taking any action - my job required quite a few and Marius was also great to stay competitive price-wise whilst keeping the quality of the work sky-high.

job well done - good email exchange, once onsite worked very efficient, friendly, careful. Pricing was very comeptitive and Pat is open for other suggestions and ideas. not just trying to sell you something but tries to ensure it fits your needs. would undoubtedly use them again

Gregory and his colleague did an excellent job. Gave a competitive quote and worked quickly and efficiently despite additional work. Adapted to my requests and the work was completed to a very good standard. They were clean and tidy and hard-working. Gregory is a genuinely nice guy, friendly, honest and reliable. Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

Very impressed with this person, he did a far superior job than what i was expecting and for a very good price. I wanted a decorator just to make the place look a bit more presentable, nothing overly fancy as the plaster is 90 years old and really needs replacing. This man went the extra mile and the house looks superb for it, you can shine a torch down the walls or along he ceilings and not see any imperfections, and they were shockingly bad before. Very happy, thanks.

Nik was available at short notice when another remover let us down. He offered the best price for the job. He collected on time and unloaded at the delivery location, taking care of everything. We were very pleased with all of the care and attention he payed. We recommend him and and will definitely use him again!
