Mandir from final touch was amazing. I highly recommend him and final touch. I called final touch for an urgent job and they came the following day. No complaints and very reasonable price. I had to lay carpet on stairs, passage and two other rooms with carpet which did not fit exactly plus a combination of old and new carpet. Manvir was able to do it no problem and made it look easy. James arrived at the agreed time and after going up to survey the chimney produced a detailed plan and quotation and showed me photos.The price was fair and the work was undertaken straight away. Pros: Fair and competitive pricing. Work scheduled on short notice and finished quicker than expected. On-site team was professional and courteous. Cons: Needed to follow up to get scaffolding removed. Warranty documents were delayed by over a month despite multiple chases. Gutters were not reinstalled properly causing leaks. Two repair attempts failed and I'm now waiting on a full replacement with no exact date confirmed as yet.
