Avoid Wayne from Blackwell Roofing. He quoted £380 based on photos, then came to view the job from the ground—no proper inspection. He later climbed a ladder with no safety gear, started tearing down fascia, then suddenly claimed the job was £1,600. When I asked him to stop, he became aggressive, shouting and throwing tools and wood down dangerously. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating. Do not hire him.

So the context here is that we have had 4 roofers come to us (not from Rated People) to repair our leak. All arrived with promises to resolve our leak and none managed to do this. Jay and his team inspected the job, confirmed what needed to be done and has delivered on his promises. Kieren and his team were great! They turned up on time, were polite and friendly the whole time. They put our patio in, in four days, which was amazing. There was good communication throughout and if times or days needed changing that was communicated. They have done a really good job and the patio looks great and we are very pleased with it! Would recommend and use this team again.
