I'm a self-employed Gas engineer. Been working in domestic gas Industry for over 30 years. I specialise in all domestic gas appliances and central heating systems. Boilers, Cookers, Water heaters and Fires. Gas servicing, repairs/maintenance & Installation. I also work for a Christian charity that sells 2nd hand gas cookers & hobs for good affordable prices.
Dan kept me informed about when he would arrive. He was very Personable and professional. Did the job efficiently and quickly, left no mess. He dismantled my gas cooker. He arranged for it to be removed. I’m very pleased the cooker will be cleaned up and sold to at a low price to someone in need. Will definitely use Dan again for any plumbing I need. Pros: Fair and competitive pricing. Work scheduled on short notice and finished quicker than expected. On-site team was professional and courteous. Cons: Needed to follow up to get scaffolding removed. Warranty documents were delayed by over a month despite multiple chases. Gutters were not reinstalled properly causing leaks. Two repair attempts failed and I'm now waiting on a full replacement with no exact date confirmed as yet.

I was badly disappointed with the work, discussed this with Petru, sent him photos, he was still adamant he had done excellent work. I had to engage another contractor, who I had to pay not only to do the work, but to undo the poor outcome of Petru's work. I hired Petru based on his excellent feedback, and considered asking him to do more work in my home; I regret that decision, and will not hire contractors via websites like this any time again.

So Disappointing, these guys are not gardeners , Their knowledge of basic plants poor.. They arrived wearing sliders and trainers to work. but didn’t complete the work to a satisfactory standard . I asked for weeding but got a half hearted attempt. Event though I sent video and still images prior to them attending However they were polite and respectful, but left their costa coffee rubbish in my garden
