Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Tom is a really friendly guy, kept showing me where he was up to in the job and was very tidy and did a great overall job at a good price. We are currently building a house from start to finish in Heysham which you can view, we have on board a part P electrical along with a gas safe heating engineer, we have a roofer who carry’s out all our roofing needs. All our lads are qualified and hold all certificates etc. We always send new customers to view our last jobs and lease with customer asking any questions regarding builds. Our insurance covers all aspects of all types of building works. We set out a payment plan, so payments are in stages, the last payment is when all work is completed and passed by building control.

After completing some lighting work I went in to have lighting installed on my wooden staircase .. worked ok to begin with but the sensor developed a fault and lighting continually flashed on and off this was Dec 24. Bradley has promised numerous times to rectify the fault I’ve taken time off work when he made arrangements to come but he has yet to turn up.. I would therefore not recommend as he has let me down. After posting the above he contacted me to arrange to come again and failed to turn up ..

I had really good experiennce with Shak and very helpful advices. He visited our home as soon I advertised, gave us suggestions, provided options and quotes. We were interested in high end doors then Shak suggested a near by doors company. Sadly when visited the company and found that high end doors cost way above our planned budget we decided to pause the work for this year. When we informed our decission to Shak, he took it positively. Shak is very professional, happy to recommend and call him in future.
