James, was polite and professional. He checked our main roof both back and front. Whilst the main issue was with the roof at the front of the house. He explained what and where the issues were. The quote he gave was reasonable for a complete roof replacement. James and his crew worked flatout to strip down and replace tiles, felt, battons and insulation of a two story Terrenced house over a two day period including cleanup. Great job i would consider using them again.

Andrew came promptly ready to fix my toilet Syphon which broke. He got the job done despite the fact the nuts and bolts at the bottom rusted away to the point they couldn't even be handled with any tools. I saw him go at the bolts and nuts for a good 20 minutes as he was so persistent to get them out and put in new ones... And of course he succeeded. Also when I thought there was a leak (there wasn't a leak at all) he kept in contact offering to come back and fix the leak. 5/5 for sure

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. A pretty good job was done, but they charged a lot of money to say they were only onsite for 3.5 hours. They also didn’t re-sand in between the joists as I would have expected.
