Hi All, Dan relocated and replaced a bath mixer tap for me from a very awkward position. He expertly managed to do this with brilliant finesse and made everything look very smart, crisp and clean. Along with his excellent work he also had an excellent work ethic and was very hard working. Dan was also a real Gentleman and a great guy. Avoid Wayne from Blackwell Roofing. He quoted £380 based on photos, then came to view the job from the ground—no proper inspection. He later climbed a ladder with no safety gear, started tearing down fascia, then suddenly claimed the job was £1,600. When I asked him to stop, he became aggressive, shouting and throwing tools and wood down dangerously. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating. Do not hire him.

The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done.
