These guys were amazing , one of my sash window dropped out , they collected it within a day and delivered and fitted back within two weeks! Fair price considering the size and will be asking them back to refurbish others!

Our build prerequisites were to divide a room & close an open archway, build two extra walls, move steps and a handrail, put in two entrances with doors for the new build and paint & carpet this area. Matthew (MDCC Construction) was qualified and very helpful – giving us good advice. He is an honest, tidy and thorough builder, willing to accommodate the building manager's questions and happy to make amendments. We were thrilled with the speed and finish of this build, and we will definitely use them again.

Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Big thanks to Ivan for the office wardrobe! He showed up exactly when he said he would and I really appreciated how he listened to all my instructions throughout the project. Even with the traditional wall of design, he did such a great job. I'm genuinely happy with everything and would be glad to hire him again. Highly recommend!
