In addition to replacing the spot lights I asked Raef to replace my bathroom floors with LVT flooring. The result was excellent! The job was carried out to an exceptionally high standard with the minum of fuss or delay. Mian complaint is not the mistake but being ignored for months after. We quickly discovered cracks in the walls and ceilings which he did not come back and rectify. He also failed to notice some rising damp which he simply painted over . This damp then became visible and discoloured the wall. This meant that we had to pay for damp proofers to come and take the plaster off the wall Shahid painted and we are waiting for a different painter and decorator to come and re-do the job we paid Shahid to do.

Hi I’m Jake I’ve just started by my self was originally joiner for a building firm. I have 5 years experience which over the year I’ve done a large variety of projects from kitchens to 1st fix, 2nd fix, windows and doors there’s not a part of joinery which I can’t do.
Jake has done a fantastic job fitting a glass balustrade. We love it, it's exactly what we wanted. Jake also removed all the rubbish including the old balustrade and hand rail, hoovered and placed everything back where it was, Jake is a polite young man , hard working and very tidy . Jake's prices are very reasonable, we are very pleased with his work.
