Mar came to my home and was extremely polite and professional and was very willing to do any garden work I asked him to do. He removed all the turf from my front garden and replaced it with a weed membrane and stone chippings and now it looks amazing. It was all done very quickly. I would recommend Mark for any garden work. I was kept aware of how much everything costs and I paid via bank transfer which was very secure. Excellent Job Mark, Thank you. So the context here is that we have had 4 roofers come to us (not from Rated People) to repair our leak. All arrived with promises to resolve our leak and none managed to do this. Jay and his team inspected the job, confirmed what needed to be done and has delivered on his promises. We have a professional job completed to time and under budget and I have no issues in recommending Jay and his team if you require a professional roofer.

Avoid Wayne from Blackwell Roofing. He quoted £380 based on photos, then came to view the job from the ground—no proper inspection. He later climbed a ladder with no safety gear, started tearing down fascia, then suddenly claimed the job was £1,600. When I asked him to stop, he became aggressive, shouting and throwing tools and wood down dangerously. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating. Do not hire him.
