We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. I've no choice now but to go through the small claims court to try and get the money back. Really disappointing. The guy was very pleasant and came on time he worked hard for the 4hrs he was here the shower unit is now improved with the grouting he has done still 2 or 3 little bits he missed Even though he is an electrician he did a good job

Nice friendly guy, came round to look at the job, arranged to come back to fix the wall. I rang the day before to confirm he was coming but he said he Wouldn't be able to fix the wall (ever!!) as his truck had broken down.

after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.
