Joe and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on my garage conversion. He is flexible in his approach to work and always willing to keep his customers happy by doing extras where needed. Joe completed the work by the agreed end date and proved to be very reliable and trustworthy. I will be hiring him again for other jobs around my property.

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. I will be definitely be using their services again! Brilliant job, thank you.

Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

Five real stars! Andy offered to do a potentially tricky joinery job that no-one else wanted, gave sensible advice, completed it very satisfactorily and cleaned up, and all for a reasonable price.

Nick offered advice on alternative solutions to our problem. We agreed the work, price and time and everything was done as agreed. Nick is is polite, reliable and willing to discuss options in order to offer the best solutions and the quality of his and his colleagues' work is excellent. Stud wall, light fitting and radiator fitting plus plastering. Very pleased with all the work carried out. Is to a very high standard and completed promptly and tidily. Even put some board back up in in my porch as an added 'freebie' Would definitely recommend. Steve and Debbie M30
